Nonsense was created for the Design and Visual Communication program at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. It’s a booklet designed to bridge the gap for new students entering the program by providing resources, self-reflection, and words of wisdom. An over-the-top aesthetic is used to addresses the topic of nonsense and the role it plays in design. Developing and designing the booklet required an extensive research component, including interviews conducted with current DVC students, alumni, design professionals, and Stefan Sagmeister.
